WIKD WOMAN Return & Exchange Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through the WIKD WOMAN online shop at https://www.wikdwoman.com/ (“Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. No Returns — Exchanges Only
All sales through the WIKD WOMAN online store are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, size issues, style preferences, or buyer’s remorse.
We only accept exchanges under the conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
The item must be exchanged within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items (including limited-run designs) are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
Contact wikdwomandesigns@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Photos of the damaged/defective item
Description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer an exchange for the same item (if available) or issue store credit for future use.
4. How to Request an Exchange
Step 1 — Submit Exchange Request:
Email wikdwomandesigns@gmail.com with:
Your order number
Item(s) you want to exchange
Reason for the exchange
Desired replacement item (style/size/color)
Step 2 — Exchange Confirmation:
We will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.
Step 3 — Return Packaging & Shipment:
Once approved:
You will receive shipping instructions.
Pack the item in its original packaging with tags.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back unless the item is defective.
Step 4 — Exchange Fulfillment:
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
Approved exchanges are processed within 5 business days.
Replacement items are shipped once the returned item is received and approved.
5. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method; WIKD WOMAN is not responsible for lost shipments.
6. Exclusions & Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and cannot be exchanged:
Items marked “Final Sale” at purchase
Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)
Customized or made-to-order products
